From nurturing end-to-end HR technology adoption across enterprise clients in Greater China and APAC — including being among the first to bring SaaS and HR Tech to Taiwan when the market was still deeply skeptical in the early 2010s — to a deliberate leap in 2020 to become a pioneer member of a regulated FinTech's Customer Success team, scaling the function from zero and building leading practices.

Gregg led FSI engagements at the intersection of secure business messaging and PIPL compliance, applying Generative AI to drive productivity and client enablement outcomes. That same commitment — deep customer empathy, relentless execution, and a genuine belief in better employee experiences through technology — is what earned him a place in the SAP Winners Circle in 2018.

Certified through Oxford Saïd and SUTD in AI and Digital Transformation Governance, Gregg channels his solution advisory heritage toward AI literacy and enablement — helping organisations move from AI-curious to AI-native.

When not decoding workflows or chasing the next AI native improvement, he's travelling across APAC, discovering local coffee culture, and hosting late-night tech talks with friends.
